Flowers with same-day delivery, in the Cassino area or nearby, must necessarily be booked by telephone.

Usually, for items ready for delivery, by courier within 24/48 hours from the moment we received your order.

Items to be made will take 5 to 7 working days plus shipping time.

Dried flowers, wreaths, accessories and other items can also be shipped internationally.

In case of absence of a flower, you will be contacted immediately to modify the order by choosing another variety of flower.

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not yet shipped, we will be able to accommodate your request.

When processing highly perishable products it is not possible to change, replace or send them back. Only in the case of damaged or non-compliant products is it possible to request a full refund or replacement of the product within 14 days of receipt. After having ascertained the actual defect, the refund procedure will be opened or replaced with a compliant product.

The products are shipped via private courier. A package tracking service is active for each shipment. The courier makes deliveries from Monday to Friday, both morning and afternoon, excluding holidays. For deliveries on set days, contact us by phone to agree on the departure date together. Once the package tracking code has been received, the customer will be responsible for contacting the transport company for information on the status of the shipment.

Delivery of the shipment via courier is expected in 2 or 4 working days.

ATTENTION: during periods of heavy activity, such as the weeks preceding major holidays, periods of weekday closures or for emergency situations, delivery times may extend.

In case of absence of the recipient, the courier will leave a notice of passage. Delivery will be attempted twice: then, if not, the courier will try to contact the recipient. If this attempt is also unsuccessful, the product will remain available for collection at the corresponding location. Once the expected storage period has expired, the package will be returned to the sender.

Valeria Flowers is not responsible in case of damage during shipping. If the damage is evident, it is necessary not to collect the goods from the courier and reject them. Leaving a note to the courier that the goods are rejected because they are damaged.
